The schedule below is for classes beginning June 12, 2017. You may also download a printable copy. A new schedule will take effect beginning Monday, August 28, 2017. The new schedule will be posted on August 25 but you can take a sneak peek here. If you have questions or comments concerning the schedule, please contact us.

Information on which class is yours and what to bring to class can be found below. For everything from snow days to hurricanes, please check our inclement weather policy.

Which Class is Mine?

  • AL: All levels! Perfect for families that include the C1 and C2 ranks.
  • C1: Core Beginner level Taekwondo White - Green belt.
  • C2: Core Intermediate and Advanced levels; Senior Green belt and up.
  • AD: The Adults Only class is for students age 14 and above.
  • BB: The Black Belt class is for students with a Senior Red belt and up.
  • LP: The Leadership Program is designated for 36 month membership or Charter Members.
  • MC: Martial Conditioning is an engaging half-hour session full of fun music, exercises, and punching bag drills.

No children under 12 allowed at the 7pm or later classes without instructor permission for every occasion.

What Should I Bring to Class?

Taekwondo Classes

Students are to wear white uniform pants, a white uniform top, and the student's own rank belt. A Taekwondo T-shirt or plain white T-shirt may be substituted for the uniform top for Saturday classes only. If you forget your belt, get a white one.

Sparring

Students are to bring all mandatory sparring equipment. This includes mouth piece, foam dipped rubber hands, head, and foot pads, and protective cups for males. Bring any optional gear (like shin pads) as applicable. Sparring gear minimum is mouth piece and (male) protective cup.
