Which Class is Mine?

  • AL: All levels! Perfect for families that include the C1 and C2 ranks.
  • C1: Core Beginner level Taekwondo White - Green belt.
  • C2: Core Intermediate and Advanced levels; Senior Green belt and up.
  • AD: The Adults Only class is for students age 14 and above.
  • BB: The Black Belt class is for students with a Senior Red belt and up.
  • LP: The Leadership Program is designated for 36 month membership or Charter Members.
  • AP: The Apprentice Program is designated for selected junior leaders by invitation only.
  • MC: Martial Conditioning is an engaging half-hour session full of fun music, exercises, and punching bag drills.
  • SK: Stick and Knife class incorporates tapping, flow, and disarm drills. Two escrima and one training knife required for each class.
  • WO: Women's Only Self Defense class introduces and practices basic, proven self defense methods and topics for women of all experience levels in a safe and fun manner.

What Should I Bring to Class?

Taekwondo Classes

Students are to wear white uniform pants, a white uniform top, and the student's own rank belt. A Taekwondo T-shirt or plain white T-shirt may be substituted for the uniform top for Friday classes only. If you forget your belt, get a white one.

Sparring

Students are to bring all mandatory sparring equipment. This includes mouth piece, foam dipped rubber hands, head, and foot pads, and protective cups for males. Bring any optional gear (like shin pads) as applicable. Sparring gear minimum is mouth piece and (male) protective cup.

Stick and Knife

Students may wear their uniform or workout clothing. Two escrima sticks and one training knife are required to attend class.

Women's Only Self Defense

Students should wear comfortable exercise clothes to allow easy movement. Members are allowed to wear their uniform or street clothing. Indoor-only shoes are allowed.
